Create your AllSpice account and join a Team

If you’ve been invited to an AllSpice Team, this guide walks you through:

• Registering your account
• Activating your account via email
• Logging into AllSpice
• Joining your Team
• Accessing your repositories

This process typically takes less than two minutes.

If you are the Organization owner, you will need to create and setup your Teams to invite users to AllSpice

Before You Start

You must be invited by a member of your organization.

You should receive an email with a subject line similar to:

"(Teammate Name) has invited you to (Organization Name)"

If you have not received this email:

• Confirm with your teammate that the invitation was sent
• Check your spam or junk folder
• Verify that the correct email address was used

Step-by-step guide to register and activate your account

Step 1: Open Your Invitation Email

Locate the invitation email and click the link to begin account registration.

This link will take you to the AllSpice registration page.

Step 2: Register Your Account

On the registration page:

1. Enter your desired username
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter a secure password
4. Click Register Account

This creates your AllSpice profile.

Step 3: Activate Your Account

After registering, you will receive an activation email.

1. Open the activation email

2. Click the activation link
   

3. Confirm your password if prompted

4. Click Confirm Password

Your account is now activated.

Step 4: Join Your Team

Once activated, you will see a prompt to join your organization.

Click Join Team to complete the process.

You are now officially part of your organization in AllSpice.

What Happens Next?

After joining:

• Your Team determines your repository access and permissions
• You can view available repositories
• You can begin collaborating immediately

Click Repositories to browse designs and get started.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive the invitation email

• Confirm the email address with your teammate
• Verify that you have been invited to a Team
• Check your spam or junk folder
• Ask the organization admin to resend the invitation

My invitation link expired

Invitation links may expire. Ask your organization admin to resend the invite.

I already have an AllSpice account

If your email is already registered:

• Log in normally
• Accept the Team invitation from your dashboard

You’re Ready to Collaborate

You’ve successfully:

• Created your AllSpice account
• Activated your email
• Joined your Team

From here, you can:

• View repositories
• Participate in design reviews
• Upload and manage design files
